Updog Apps are personal-use applications built and operated solely by the developer to help streamline and automate his personal life. They are not public products or services — there are no other users, and they are not offered, marketed, or made available to anyone else.
Email Assistant
Email Assistant is a private application used only by the developer, on the developer's own Google account, for the sole purpose of automatically processing the developer's personal email.
How It Works
Email Assistant reduces the time it takes to reach Inbox Zero by automatically processing incoming email in three ways:
- Summarizing email so the contents of each message can be understood at a glance.
- Classifying email to generate labeled training data for improving the assistant's own processing.
- Bubbling up the most important bits so that the essential information surfaces first and everything else can be safely archived.
Together, these steps make it possible to triage and clear the inbox as quickly as possible, achieving Inbox Zero with minimal manual effort.
Google API Usage
